Auto Splicer

Auto Splicer is designed for easy paper joining activity without stopping the machine. It has a second Reel, which will be pre-loaded and used when the first reel gets empty to make a paper joining operation without stopping the machine and compromising printing quality. Unloading of the reel, loading of the new reel, and alignment of the web will be carried out while one reel stand is in idle condition. The accumulator is a key part of Auto Splicer, which accumulates the paper and provides the stored paper while automatic paper joining takes place; hence, the machine is not required to be stopped.
